Shipping policy
Goods are sent at your own risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us. We cannot be held responsible in case of theft or loss by the postal service of your country or for customs seized.
All purchases will be shipped locally with The Courier Guy , unless stated otherwise
Please note that The Courier Guy will only deliver to a physical address and not a P.O Box Number.
The courier fee shall be calculated once the order is received, depending on the size, quantity and weight of the products.
To ensure correct delivery, a physical street address must be provided as the delivery address at checkout. All shipments are followed by an email to the customer with a parcel tracking number. Delivery can take up to 1 week if goods are in stock. If goods are out of stock or need to be manufactured, we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
